They answered my question and Im very satisfied with the help that I received on Upwork thank you. :) :) :)
The whole platform is terrible. I was required to create a security question and answer in order to fill out my tax form and set up a payment plan.
Then, when I was prompted to enter the answer to the security question a few minutes later, it claimed I had the wrong answer. So, I filled out the form to change my security question and answer. However, to change it, I needed to have the correct answer to the old question, which the platform claims I don't have. So, I talked to the support chat, which said it couldn't help me and referred me to help and support on the app.
But help and support on the app just refer me to the support chat. I called the customer service number, but it just refers me to the chat bot. So, I'm getting the runaround. No one can help me reset my security question and answer, or solve how my correct answer was deemed wrong in the first place.
And because I can't set up my security question, I can't set up my payment method or fill out my tax forms, so I can't get paid. This is ridiculous.
